The Anderson House, located on Arapahoe Avenue and 28th Street in Boulder, Colorado, was built in 1896 by Charles B. Anderson. Anderson came to the United States from Sweden and lived in the house with his wife Kate and their ten children until 1907. The 2,460 square foot farmhouse was later converted into office space.
Lewis Properties purchased the building in 2007 and although they preserved the historic nature of the exterior, they did a complete renovation to the interior making it a Class A professional building. The space is currently being leased by Sotheby’s International Realty.
